My good friend, mangopowergirl, writes one of the best food blogs out there. Her photography is fantastic too. She's been a recipient of my seemingly endless tomato abundance and from them, has created some great dishes (and photos). I'm just happy they are going to such good use !

Thank you, Thank you for so many tomatoes! You won't believe what else I made with the orange & yellows yesterday...I'll comment again when I have the shots up...Today we're using the red :)
